  December 8, 2013 - Decanted two hours. A supple and elegant beast of a wine. Text book cab franc. Great deep violet color, inky and teeth staining. Cherries and cedar on the nose. Violets, cherries, cedar and a hint of leather. It will age well, I would like revisit in a few years when the tannins settle down.
