  December 9, 2013 - Don't know where this wine wanted to go. First night pretty closed and harsh. Much better the second night with some nice blue fruit and chocolate notes. Much smoother with some fine grain tannins. Did not ever reach the heights that I had expected and had experienced on from past vintages. 5 years old, maybe needs a little more cellaring.
