  December 20, 2013 - 10kt golden color, active bead, and medium mousse. Ripe, yeasty, biscuity bouquet of toast, nuts, and a touch of moldy stank. There's a bit of oxidation in the mouth, but this is offset by bright, minerally flavors of lemon citrus, green apples, quince, and a lick of salt on the back end.
