  January 1, 2014 - a somewhat reticent nose of wet rocks, smoke, exotic fruits, wax, gooseberries, and stone fruits emerges from the glass; there is tremendous persistence and glycerin on the palate, with combination of minerally tension, a strong savoury, spicy element, and explosively juicy, honeyed fruit that make this a joy to drink despite its young age.
