  February 8, 2014 - Epic Champagne Tasting (St. Paul, MN): Probably better but after the heavy hitters before just lacks in comparison. Not Vilmart, Krug or Tattinger level. Apple, spice, dough and minerals. Decant acidity but just not in the league of the best.
