  March 29, 2014 - This is a fantastic Cab Franc. Was clearly still too early when the cork was popped so we decanted it. After an hour, the nose of ripe red and black fruit, violets, and spices became evident. After 2 hours, it had really opened up and was extremely impressive with its balance, complexity, and length. Because it's still so young, there was much more fruit than leather, but it was a fantastic bottle and one that will only get better with a few more years. I'm looking forward to trying it again with another bottle in a year or two. Highly recommended.
