  June 21, 2014 - Penfolds Tasting (Bin 75): The inkiest wine thus far, also surprised by the amount of sediment in this fairly young bottle; ok now we're talking, sweet cassis, intense, glycerin, vanilla, maduro cigar, blackberry jam, bourbon, smoke; deep, structured, concrete dust, prominent tannin, green pepper, eucalyptus; a monster of a wine that commands your attention, decent now but should cruise past your kids' graduations...from med school.
