  August 25, 2014 - The Eatery: completely dry with sweet impressions, very powerfully flavored with high acidity and crushed walnuts, molasses, coffee, pecans, dried fig; intense, slightly aldehydic, very cool flavors. Like nothing else. This should be drank as an aperitif or with braised seasoned meats/stews, anything with nuts, cheese.
