  September 23, 2014 - Chilled for a couple of hours but not taken through the careful Marcassin protocol to clarify the wine. Initially, huge but quite tight. Over an hour or two this blossomed and just kept getting better with a hugh tropical fruit nose, balancing acidity, and a finish that went on forever. Amazing wine and a benchmark even in comparison to other Marcassin - one comment: Corton Charlemagne on steroids...
