  November 29, 2014 - Mud-like texture and opacity. Even at my cellar's winter temperature this bottle of wine is fragrant, of very ripe black berries, vanilla and menthol. Dense Black berry jam and mint on plate It is anything but wimpy, but finishes long with a soft spice and no hint of tannin. Really enjoying this as the blizzard blows outside!
