December 4, 2014 - I opened the first bottle late 2010 and oh boy what a difference. For the first 30 minutes on the nose there was a persistent barnyard aromas with a secondary layer of fruit and flowers. After two hours on the nose transformed into beautifully perfumed red. On the palate round-dry tannins with black raspberry and meet/ leather notes with a pleasant acidity. Still very young wine that should continue to evolve on the next 5-15 years.
