  December 4, 2014 - Soft and silky at first, giving way the end of the first night to a delicious, detailed and quite complex earthy red fruited beauty. Silky! This seems to fade or shift to more subdued nuances the second evening. Not sure what that means, but I preferred the end of the first night and the electric vibrancy then. Glad I have lots more to play with and explore. Next bottle, definitely give an hour of air first.
