  April 25, 2015 - This one started off slow, but opened up after about 30 mintues. Very silky, and well-balanced, fruit on the back end. Short Finish, what you would expect from Silver Oak.
  The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. Low acidity. A great wine to enjoy by the fire pit with friends...this one could use about 1 - 2 more years in the bottle.
