  May 15, 2015 - Ployez-Jacquemart and Paul Bara Visits (Ludes & Bouzy, Champagne, France): Nose: The nose is well balanced with white fruits, apples, brioche, toasty notes, and some warm dough.
  
  Taste: Medium bodied with medium+ acidity. The acidity leans much more to the refreshing side with brioche, toasty notes, berries, and apples.
  
  Overall: This is a very nice NV brut. It's balanced and straightforward.
