  October 17, 2015 - Marred by dark, brooding medicinal aromatics that take some time to blow off. Kind of a "cold blood on pavement"/iodine thing that lords over the supporting otherwise very good structure. Eucalyptus. Gritty tannins. Interesting, but hard to warm up to. Strange. Disappointing at this price point.

  10/17/15, 6:37 PM - I haven't had any luck with Rivers cabs yet either although nothing this bad. I have a 10 and 12 corona and 12 Calistoga left. Skipped my 13 allocation while I figure out where I stand on these. Everyone else seems to love all TRB cabs though. Have you had better luck with other Rivers cabs.
