  December 31, 2015 - Cellared 3 years, served well chilled. Proper bubby size/stream, light straw color. This wine showed very, very well and much better than expected considering price point. Good, balanced fruit, ideal drinking window, mature, juicy, fruity, long finish. Excellent sparkler. I will buy and cellar for a few years rather than consume right away to see if I can duplicate the fine showing. Nothing off, Rob's bottle. Currently $20.
