  July 30, 2016 - Plum thinning to bricky auburn at the edges. Smooth and wonderfully full. Bit of foresty shitake mushroom and truffle stuff going on which then yields to jam and stewed fruits. Black cherry and sweet licorice. A fantastic bottle.
