  October 25, 2017 - Benefits of the Coravin is that I get to revisit this one. Yeah, honestly, well done. Having spent time now with the remaining majority of the bottle, it's clear that it's got more to give. Kind of that adolescent mix of fruit and secondary earthiness/complexity, very nice. Hold it or enjoy now happily.
