  October 3, 2011 - From memory. In decanter for > 1 hr. Nice restrained aromas of unripe blue and black fruits, olives, earth, a bit of garrigue. Palate follows aromas with nice acidity, a bit more earth and some of that garrigue. Really well balanced and nice long finish. Really enjoyable but still so young. Would be interesting if open at 10 yo.
