November 1, 2017 - Double-decanted and left for an hour. Aromas and flavours were past-its-peak older Rhone. Decent concentration and energy, just not that interesting flavourwise. 11th of 12.

Raw meat, wet tobacco leaf, tart black cherry and earthy aromas and flavors.
The tannins are smooth and velvety, with good supporting acidity and a med+ finish.
