  August 4, 2018 - Pop and pour. A very easy wine to drink as cooled in fridge on a hot day in Nice. Watery but in a really good, light, airy way. Citrus and bit of yeast. Crowd pleaser. Enough complexity to keep things interesting. Not sure how it would age. Thoroughly enjoyable and I’d buy it in California if I could find it.
