  September 20, 2019 - One year later & there is a lovely, earthy quality to this Cab now - I can almost taste the desert soil now.
  
  Thick red, & mostly black fruit extract coats your palate. Tannin's are abundant... but relatively soft & fleshy now.
  
  A satisfying wine all in all - but for fans of large-scale reds.
