June 6, 2022 - My last bottle. The bouquet is quite enticing and wonderfully rich of black fruits, with hints of spice. The body is medium to light full, the tannis is now fully integrated, providing a soft and silky mouth feel. Still lots of black fruits left with earthy elements and savory flavors of spices. Drink up if you have some in your cellar as I think it's on its way downhill.

October 26, 2020 - Deep red colour. Strawberry and leather flavours are prominent. Moderate body. This could easily sit for another few years. Tannins aren’t particularly strong.

September 20, 2019 - One year later & there is a lovely, earthy quality to this Cab now - I can almost taste the desert soil now.
Thick red, & mostly black fruit extract coats your palate. Tannin's are abundant... but relatively soft & fleshy now.
