  February 8, 2020 - Double decant 1-1/2 hrs. Some very fine sediment. Room filling nose on opening. Maybe shorter decant on second bottle? Evolved in the glass over an hour or so, moving from black currents and oak to black cherry to strong licorice at the end. Good balance, nice finish. On sale now in NH for $30.99. Excellent value at that price.
