Area/Appellation:Napa Valley, Ballard/Hudson/Stagecoach/Crocker & Starr vineyards

Color: Beautiful Rich Salmon. Legs: Medium to Slow
Nose: Restrained, Strawberry, some peach and guava, cantaloupe, hints of regular and yellow watermelon.
Palate: strawberries, cantaloupe, blood orange,
Finish: succulent and very fruity, low acidity and the fruit notes pop out all over.
Comments: I am totally amazed at the low acidity of the Rose given the near perfect conditions of harvest, but it definitely helps bring out the raw flavor characteristics of this wine. It is meant for near term consumption I believe. 2019-2022.
Pairing Suggestions: lobster, tuna salad, chicken or any spicy asian curry, fresh peaches, barbecue shrimp, barbecue pork
