  January 15, 2022 - Dark garnet. Nose of strawberry, currant, floral notes, earthy tones. Layers of dark plum, black currant, a bit of integrated oak, faint tar, and sweet grip on the palate. Firm but fine-grained tannin. Freshening acidity. Long finish of dense plum and strawberry amidst tar and graphite. Just the thing with Spencer steak smothered with mushrooms and Parmesan.
