Light and bright golden color. Mineral nose. Body bit oily and bitterness in the finish.

2008 Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc Cuvée Roussanne Vieilles Vignes

Poured at the beginning of the tasting, and remained in the glass for two hours till the end. Pretty light gold color. Very closed at the beginning, but developed beautiful aromas of nuts and honey during the evening. Excellent.

Dark and Opaque ruby color with white shoulders. Superb nose- ripe fruits, smoke and earth. Very tight in the palate. This wine is still very young and kicking. It has an excellent acidity and should evolve for many more years (116$).
