A great dinner as always. The Chapoutier L'Ermite was my WOTN. It kept improving throughout the evening. Thank you Luis! It was interesting to me to have the Felsina Maestro Raro, the Fontodi Casa Via, and the La SPINETTA Vermentino. I visited Felsina(on my 60th Birthday, Fontodi, and Giorgio RIVETTI is a good friend.
