Soft nose - some herbs and white florals. Clean on the palate with a touch of roundness to it. Sweet apple acidity but needs more drive and depth.

Very floral nose with slate and sea spray. The palate has plenty of acidity and a saline quality to it. Very good fruit purity and nice length. Appealing wine.

Musk and floral with some lime and pear. The residual sugar does come through but it isn't too dominating. Medium length, a touch more acid would lift and extend.

Not much on the nose - some lemon and that's about it. Searing acidity with minimal fruit. Light on character and depth. Poor.

Slate and grapefruit with good freshness. Acidity is really prominent, there is a bit of fruit but the balance is sub-par.

Musk and slate. Palate is electric through the lemony acidity. A little bit of depth but not a huge amount. Decent.

Vibrant floral notes with some ripe tropical fruit and some lemon. The palate is well balanced, there is some fruit sweetness along with the acidity. Fruit has decent depth to it for the level too.

Grapefruit and lemon, rockfruit and some herb. Palate and nose both have some complexity to them. Good length and fine acidity. Vibrant and lovely to drink.

Florals, grapefruit and honey. The palate has a splash of sugar and the fruit has some weight to it. Decent acidity keeps it fresh. Worked well with light food.

Floral and pear with slate - nicely restrained without being boring. Acid is impressive, lending brightness and drive to the wine. Good length and texture.

Spice, some peach on the nose. Richly fruit driven, and quite powerful acidity that perhaps sticks out a little on the finish.

Mandarin and orange peel, some spice and slate. Good restraint on the palate, though there is still some ripe fruit lurking. The acidity comes on strongly in the mid palate.

Mango, pineapple and passion fruit on the nose. Palate continues the rich fruit trend, it has good length. Fairly simple but it is tasty.

Floral perfume, some earth and spice. Good purity on the palate, with lovely balanced fruit. Composed and plenty of potential to improve too.

Pear and perfume. Nice acidity along with pure fruit. Not deep but rather tasty and attractive. A touch of minerality does lift it.

A second bottle opened on the same day was totally consistent with the first. Lovely wine.

Grapefruit, smoke, peach and musk. Nice acidity with plenty of fruit power. Not super complex but it is appealing to drink right now.

White floral, pear and esters. Rounded fruit but the acid cuts through nicely. Medium bodied, I feel like this should be drunk young.

Peach and pear with some pineapple. Medium length, acid is dialled back compared to the dry wines from this producer, which is good since the acid was so searing on those. Has some potential to age over the medium term.

Slate, floral and mineral notes on the nose. Nicely bright acidity and restrained fruit. Good balance and enjoyable to drink.

Earthy with mineral and light herbs. Nice balanced fruit weight, I like the very restrained sweetness along with the minerality.

Tinned apricot, mango and peach. Palate has little depth, it's a bit bland and sweet. Poor.

Pretty nose of florals, peach and pear. The palate show evident sweetness but it is well balanced and the fruit shows through - it isn't mono dimensional sweetness. Good length to it as well.

Quite a bit of herb on the nose. The palate is more rich than sweet, though the acid starts off well, it fades a bit and so does the wine.

Grapefruit, graphite, lemon pith and pear. Subtle palate flavour, the sweetness takes over a little bit. Medium length, nice but not my favourite tasted from this producer.

Corked.

Violets, apricot, peach and pears. Good fruit with a very good core of acidity. Excellent length. The fruit has some nice sweetness that is very subtle. I really like the restraint and balance.

Herbs, some kero, apricot, pineapple and spicy earth. Great salinity and acidity, the fruit tempers the acidity. I liked it more than the rest of the table.

Dead.

Leather, mocha, cherry and some dusty smoke. Palate is fully resolved and nicely balanced with some medium length. Fully mature but holding decently.

Floral, slate and lychee. There is some roundness to the fruit but the acidity cleanses the palate nicely. Again, the fruit on this isn't particularly deep but it is decent.

Apple, pineapple, slate and some musk. Nicely textured and it has some grip to it. Good power to the fruit as well. Finishes crisp and leaves you wanting more. Very good.

Pungent nose - apricot and other stone fruit, straw and some earth - I like it! Plenty of spice on the palate, there is a lusciousness to the fruit that the acid just reigns in. Very good and developed well over the next couple of days.

A pretty nose with florals, apricot and orange peel. Ripe and rounded palate, and the acidity just isn't up to the task - only a touch more needed but the balance isn't quite right.

Herb, pear, lemon and spices. Texturally excellent, there is great length and the fruit has fantastic depth. Worth investing in cellaring it. I loved it, very impressive.

Floral and pear notes. A little rounded on the palate but it is driven and balanced by some crisp acidity. Good texture and length.

Orange peel, honey and spice. Spritzy, with nice soft fruit and some lifting acid. Has good carry.

Pineapple, banana and citrus. Good acidity gives it carry and length.

Slate and mineral nose with some citrus too. Lovely intensity to the fruit. Balanced, with good sweetness stretched out by the acid. Very very good.

Lemon, herb and earth. Medium bodied palate, simple and not enough depth. Lacking but drinkable.

Lemon, pear, honey and orange rind. Nice acid profile, rich fruit but they work well together. Length is delightful.

Lemon, quince and slate. Good fruit intensity but a touch more acidity would be good as there is quite a bit of sweetness to it. Medium length.

Pear, apple and orange aromas. Nicely balanced with minerality and acid playing off against the sweetness. Should age well.

Pretty roses and plenty of spice aromas. Fine tuned palate - very well balanced with beautiful sweetness. Long and intense.

Corked.

Kerosene, quince, mineral and slate. Fine, bright acidity. Well balanced - it is rich but very long and the detail in the fruit shines through. Will age beautifully.

Cranberry, smoky meat, kirsch - nice perfume. Light to medium bodied, sprightly and spicy palate. There is some tannin influence evident and I think age will serve this well.

Quince and spice with some apple. Light palate, with medium sweetness. Some interesting tropical notes. Gentle and a nice older wine.

Really dark coloured. Raisin, chocolate, orange peel, toffee and dates. Rich and quite delicious. Has depth to it and the mouthfeel is really luscious with acidity in the background but doing a fine job. Improved in the glass, opening up and providing plenty of pleasure.
