April 23, 2015 - Rare Wine Dinners Cellar Dinner #1 (Vamp Bistro, Five Ways, Paddington): sulphur notes dominate slight pineapple and ripe apple on the nose. More sulphur on the palate, off dry with notes of apple and slight pineapple. Still a touch simple. Needs a few more years for me.
