Appearance clear, pale lemon.
Nose was clean, medium intensity with aromas of butter, toast, green/red apple, lemon, steely/stony mineral.
Palate was dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ body, medium+ finish. Flavours of green and citrus fruits, steely mineral in the finish.

Appearance pale ruby.
Nose was clean, medium intensity, with some rustic and austere aromas of red fruits, cherries, cranberries, brett, pungent spices, mineral.
Palate was dry, medium+ acidity, medium tannin, medium+ body, long finish. Flavours of ripe cherries, raspberries and some vanilla. Tannin were soft and rounded. Well balanced wine overall. 1st time trying a Meursault rouge.

Appearance was clear, pale, lemon.
On the nose, clean, medium+ intensity with aromas of citrus, green fruits, stone fruits, with hints of flowers and subtle sweet spice, toast and butter.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium to full bodied with flavours of green fruits, stone fruits, melon, apple and pear. Medium+ finish.
This new world Chardonnay deserved some credit for putting up a good fight with the old world Burgundies. Very good quality.

Pronounced intensity, and complex aromas of citrus lemon, green fruits, red, green apples, butter, toast, white peach, sweet spices, honeysuckle and some chalky mineral.
Palate was dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ body, long finish. Flavours of ripe green/citrus fruits, pineapple, lemon, oak were almost effortless. Developing. Very serious wine and very good quality. Infanticide for now. Would definitely like to re-explore in 5-10 years.

Appearance was clear, medium lemon.
Nose was clean, pronounced, intense aromas of mushrooms, barnyard, sugarcane, honeysuckle, pineapple and hints of herbal medicinal (cordyceps?). Fully developed.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, almost full bodied. Sediments. Tasted fresher than its age though. Drink up.

On the palate, dry, high acidity, full bodied, rich intense flavours. In a very nice drinking window, well balanced, excellent quality.

Pronounced intensity, aromas of sweet spices, baking spice, butter, lemon, citrus fruits, green fruits, pineapple, peach, steely mineral, hints of white flowers. Developing.
Palate was dry, high acidity, full bodied. Overall, nice flinty character, very good structure and finesse.

Appearance clear, pale garnet.
Nose was clean, with pronounced aromas of soy, tea leaves, earth, mushrooms, barnyard, sweet spices, black and red fruits. Developed.
Palate was dry, medium+ acidity, medium tannin, medium+ bodied, with flavours of red fruits, cherries, plums, vanilla, tea leaves, soy. Fruits are fading, drink up!

Decanted 3 hours before drinking.
Appearance clear, medium purple-ruby.
Nose was clean, pronounced intensity of red fruits, black fruits, sweet and pungent spices, animal, brett.
Palate was dry, medium+ acidity, low tannin, medium bodied. Flavours of ripe, succulent red & black fruits, cranberries, cherries, vanilla oak.
Medium+ finish. The brett and oak did not seem overbearing. Nice structure overall. Well integrated and balanced.
