sort of a strange experience with this one...started out quite nice but after about 2 hours of being open it turned quite astringent.

really nice potential here but still in a very dark and brooding place. was much better the second day. would hold for another 3-5 yeas before opening again.

The extra time in bottle has done this justice, solid village wine in a nice place.

Very pretty wine. Started a bit unruly but after and hour really showed a wonderful Cornas character.

What a pleasant surprise this bottle was. Gorgeous syrah nose, warm brambly fruit. Great acid on this bottle which made it light on the palate. Shows a warm vintage character. Old school style with loads of sediment in the bottle.

There is a really pretty wine lurking underneath the rather formidable structure. Bottles need way more time resting in the cellar.
