Jammy fruit, plum, raisins, smooth w a nice sweat & warm taste. Let this bottle sit in a decanter for awhile. It opens up nicely over an hour or so. Very nice showing for a 39 year old Port. Really enjoyed it.

Over the hill sadly. Very non-descript. Not sweet nor fruity. Very one dimensional. Spent it's entire life in a temp/ humidity controlled cabinet. Sadly let it sit way too long. Letting it breath with the hope it will open up.

Blown away by this 24 year old pinot. Not as fruity as a typical younger Rosemary's but this smooth with a long finish. The color is still very red w no signs of oxidation. Very enjoyable still throwing some nice legs in the glass. Hints of strawberries.

Artificial yuck. If you want chocolate buy a candy bar. Although its like an alcoholic tootsie roll. I love Rosenblum especially when their tasting room was in Alameda. I have a 1000 bottle cellar & frankly when I found them I was sad that I didn't just use them as my cellar. Their zins were phenomenal. Now their tasting room is in Oak at Jack London Square & sorry can't be bothered even though I live in Oakland.

Lots of fruit still. Jammy with nice legs. A little green pepper, but still somewhat tannic for a 30+ yr old wine. Decanted it & it got better after about a 1/2 hour. Was not expecting much as the the wine had seeped through the cork after taking off the foil top. Have one more bottle & will be drinking soon.

Might be at its peak. Very long legs, strawberries w a little heat on the back of the tongue. A very nice wine. As a Rocchioli riverblock I expected a harder more fruity wine but it was still very nice.

Very mellow pinot w hints of strawberry, long legs, slightly acidic. The bottle threw some very fine sediment that made it through a fine mesh funnel/strainer. A nice mellow pinot which is still drinking well but think its at its peak or even coming down. Decanted & let it sit for a half hour b4 drinking.

Green peppers, limited fruit, acidic. Long legs but not much fruit if any at all. Decanted and sat for an hour but it unfortunately did not open up. Very sad for me bc I bought it just because Tom Seaver, Tom Terrific, the Franchise, was my favorite Met player growing up. His passing in '22 was so sad. Really was hoping to love this wine. Still have a few more hopefully it gets better w more time.

Tannic, lost its fruit. Pulled from a temp and humidity controlled environment & still looked like the color was off. Second of 6 bottles. 1st was corked, although opened that one 11 years ago. Time goes by quickly. Wish I would have decanted it earlier.

Blown away that this old lady still had so much fruit. Decanted it for 2 hours & it was a hit. Hints of cassis, cherry. Just a really nice bottle. In comparison I opened an '86 Insignia a few weeks back & that bottle was a bit better.

Another corked Silver Oak. Of over a 1000 bottle cellar the only winery that consistently has corked wines. That awful corked musty flavor that seems to be the norm of older Silver Oak wines despite cellared in temp & humidity controlled environment.

The wine was balanced with a fruity, cherry, strawberry nose & taste. Finished strong w almost a sweet finish. An extremely pleasant wine which went great w fried shrimp & calamari. Probably would decant my last three bottles as it threw off a lot of sediment. The wine was enjoyed even more by my wife who would give it a 94-95.

For a 17 year old Turley still had very good fruit. A bit acidic probably due to high alcohol content. The color was still pretty inky, a nice nose long finish but a bit biting. Decant it is throwing off major sediment.

Blown away with this 20 year old chard. Used half the bottle for risotto & drank the rest. Still golden, a bit of fruit and some buttery notes. Thought this was going to be disposal lubricant but was incredibly surprised. Would never serve to guests but was fun for the wife & I to try. Wish I would have tried it near its prime.

Very nice pinot. Despite being young it drank like a mature wine. The wine was inky in color and almost had so much fruit that it tasted like a zinfandel. Long legs, blueberry notes and very fruit forward. Could use a few years to mellow the moderate tannins. Very nice wine.

Extremely smooth. Rincon has always been more tanic than other Talley single vineyard releases. The years have smoothed the tannins allowing the cherry fruit to shine. A long smooth finish made the wine an excellent choice. Truly surprised at how good this older wine truly was. Enjoyed it immensely.

Better than it was 5 years ago. Tannins have mellowed, Rincon has always had more tannins & less fruit than Rosemary.

Very light bodied with hints of strawberry. Drink now as it has peaked.

Drank side by side with a 2003 J. Rochioli Three Corner Vineyard and was very different in style. '03 3Corner was rich, dark and very good.

Extremely light bodied, light/medium fruit. Not in the style of other Turley varietals. High alcohol, combined with the light fruit makes this a vintage that needs to be drunk in the next few years. If you are used to the big jammy Turley wines this is not for you. So light it almost tastes like a washed out pinot rather than a zin. Had it with a nice meal at restaurant Gary Danko and really wanted to like it but it just is not very good.

Drank side by side with an '09 Westside. We enjoyed the '12 more than the '09. The 2012 Westside is very fruity with a long finish. The body is medium/full with a deep garnet color. The wine has satin-like texture and low acidity.
