Minerals and slightly viscous. Great alone or with the Caesar salad in front of me.

Cellared for years and decanted for 1+ hours. Absolutely delicious with pork ragu paparadelle. Drink now.

Delicious. Let breathe for 30/40 minutes and should be great. Had with sausage, mushroom and spinach pizza and it was a good pairing. Drink now or hold for a year or two.

Similar experience, but almost undrinkable on first night. Vacuvined and open next night and it was a lot better - gained some body and smoothed out. Very light pinot.

Still very tight, but very complex and enjoyable. Popped and poured and improved greatly after a half an hour.

First of Fritz Magnum bad cork returns. Frustrating experience. Handled well by winemaker, but too many bad corks in magnums and they knew about it. Shame on them.

Fritz is having problems with their magnums. I have ordered 3 from them and all three have had corks that failed. Such a shame.

Decanted for an hour + and it definitely needs time to open up. Similar experience of other reviewers. Drink now or it's toast.

First impressions are a little simple, but it opens up after a few minutes to be a very good effort.

This is crap. We poured it out. The winemaker should be embarrassed that it was put in a bottle for sale. 2005 was a bumper crop of great juice and it's amazing that this came out of it. What a shame.

This wine had been cellared in a vinotemp since 2003 and was decanted for 2 hours. Paired with steaks at Flemming's and was exceptional. One of the best California Cabs I've ever had.

3 out of three bottles held for less than five months in a cool dark room were bad. Someone needs to tell the winemaker that they suck.
