Very good rose. Slightly efflorescent with almost champagne-like notes. Goes very well with food.

Lightly fruity nose, lots of barnyard on the palate almost no fruit. Very short acidic finish. Ok with food but don't drink this alone unless you like acid and lots of it.

This bottle is supposedly a blend of 2004 and 2005 declassified CDP. It may be past it's prime because there is not much left. Some cherries on the nose, sour cherries and some funk on the palate. The finish is the best part, smooth with some astringency.
