July 16, 2011 - This shows well and overall the wine provides a straightforward, balanced personality. The aromatics show precision, but an underlying green, herbal note detracts. The light/medium bodied palate provides focused fruit with acidity on the finish holding it together. This is at or around maturity.

palate: bit empty, bit boring, bit thin, but overall perfectly acceptable summer sipper. Offers crisp fruit with minerals. Not complex, and best served totally chilled (with warmth a bitterness and obvious alcohol came through). OK for $12. I certainly wouldn't pay more than that. -
