This wine is young and youthful. It really needs time to get some air. Actually, after a pause, it isn't somethig to put down the drain. It grows on you. First sip right after the cork is out, it is bit of a gasp. Take your time. Amazing what a little slow going will do with the bottle. Not bad.

Drank while Cinda and girls were in PV. Had half with frozen lasagna and it was perfect. Drank the other half with a Schlotzsky soup and salad and then alone. Every sip was perfect. I couldn't believe this bottle from Moab could have such dark red full body and staying power. Would be a killer wine with red meat as well. Simply great value. Need to get some more - a lot more - next time I am in Utah.

Not a chard, but a very good white wine for the price.

We had this with fresh baked bread and elk summer susage. A real explosion of flavor.

A nice enjoyable full cabernet sauvignon. A bit young and need some time to open but was very good.

A nice full bodied red Cabernet Sauvignon but a bit young, need time to open and should have been served a bit cooler than room temp.
