  February 1, 2020 - Deep purple color, full bodied, exceptional rich fruit flavors, very smooth with negligible tannins (just enough for structure), a beautiful blend of Merlot and Cabernet. Delicious with beef tacos tonight. My experience with Peju wines has been very favorable over the years and this wine is characteristic of their high quality.

  May 25, 2015 - Part of a five year vertical (05 - 09) - our favorite of the group - plenty of complex umph left here - classic Rutherford dirt and dark fruit.

  July 19, 2014 - Decanted and drank over a couple of hours. Very smooth, well balance and wonderful finish! Still holding up fairly well, but time to drink up!

  June 27, 2014 - Note at the 3 hr mark after opening. The nose is red fruit, cassis, graphite and oak and it is pretty inviting. The palate is similar to the nose, but the fruit is stating to dry out as it lingers in the glass. Iitially very silky&smooth - with firm acidity, slightly astringent tannins, and a touch of heat on the tail. I think you should drink up, it's not likely to get any better.
