Opened 2 bottles tonight, both oxidized. Has anyone else had this problem?

Very good bottle of wine. complex and savory, quick to be emptied. Nose is all soy sauce, mushroom, balsamic, and mocha. fruit is still there too - raspberry and blackberry lace. fine silky tannins, medium acidity, long finish.

Lightning energy, full of verve but with enough flesh to hold onto. Big for kabinett. Amazing.

Medium bodied. Stony minerals, very elegant wine. Incredibly supple. Rich and complex with a long, mouth watering finish. Blazing acidity makes this wine super food friendly.

Love this wine. I decanted it and enjoyed this wine at room temperature more than when it was chilled. Notes of baking spice, ginger and dried fruit. Pineapple upside down cake. Wine develops a nutty, sort of oxidized flavor but has a great zing of acidity on the finish even after being left at room temp for a couple of days. This wine is very much alive and delicious.

Light bodied, pleasant savory and green finish. Smells of roses and dirt. Would buy again.
