Just a consistently fantastic bottle of wine. Hits all the things I look for in a Pinot Noir. Light on its feet, fruit that is ripe but not too ripe, and lifted acidity.

Similar notes to what others have said. Petrol, lemon, apple, and a waxy element. Been enjoying this domestic Riesling over the years, and this one is no different.

This was a nice chenin that I enjoyed sipping on. The nose had some apple and honey, although not too expressive. The palate had sufficient body and acidity with without being overly heavy.

Age has done this wine well. The huge primary fruit has mellowed and this has turned into a very balanced wine that is delicious and smooth.

Took this to a restaurant with family, so it was just a pop and pour. As others have noted, this needs a lot of air that I wasn't able to give it. It's very tight and primary, but definitely has a lot of upside. Need to stay away from my other two bottles of this vintage for a while.

Some bricking color around the edges. This continues to drink very nice. It’s fruit forward with rich dark fruits.

Fairly dark red and purple color. The nose is complex and layered with spice, mushroom, pine needles, and fresh red fruits. This smells like this holidays. the palate is red cherry and tart blackberry, this balanced acidity and a soft texture in the finish. This wine is fantastic.

Continues to be fantastic. This light weighted, yet high toned fruit with plenty of structure is my favorite style of Barolo. Cherry, strawberry, menthol, herbs.

My last bottle of this vintage. Age definitely benefitted this wine. The 2014 was more about the savory elements, and those have integrated well at this point.

This was absolutely stunning. The age is very evident in the color, with dull ruby turning to browning edges. So much going on, I could smell this wine all day long. Leather, spice, sweet cherry, cassis, oak. The palate has more cherry along with tertiary flavors and high acidity. Tannins are mature and resolved. A very memorable experience enjoying this with family.

Love the balance, poise and restraint that this displays. It has plenty of fruit, but also a healthy amount of earthy character and acidity. Higher toned red and black fruit with cedar and some vanilla.

This is one of my favorite roses for its concentration, depth, and intensity of flavor compared to other roses. The color jumps at at first pour for its vibrance. Strawberry, watermelon, and a high amount of acidity make this a wine worthy of good meal.

I love the style here, which has a blended feel of cool and warm climate. Slightly reductive at first, the lime is prominent among the lemon, saline, and crushed shells. As it opens up, the ripe fruits move more to the front. Great acidity throughout.

The color is lighter and more translucent than the typical Napa or Sonoma equivalent. Very fresh red fruits, moderately complex despite its young age, and a nice streak of acidity keeping it lively. Presents with red fruit first, lots of minerality, a moderate touch of oak. All the parts seem pretty balanced, and definitely not a fruit bomb cab. I like the complexity this has, even at this young stage. This seems to be made in a style that will age really well. I need to keep my hands off the other two for a few years.
