Openned for Valentine's Day and we paired it with a beautiful Tuscan pork chop and a beef steak.The wine showed itself well over the 2 hours we spent at dinner.It was a little tight at first but during the decanting process the wine evolved and it really showed it's character over time.Dark cherry,oak and pepper were the building blocks of this wine.

A beautiful wine with overtones of cherry,pepper and ends with a earthy pop and makes you want to scream thats how a Napa should be constructed.

Wine Club had a party and I brought my 06 Twomey Merlot.Light,bright refined and very well thought by our crew.Smooth and decanted for 30 minutes.Just a nice wine consumed at its peak.

Had this for New Years Eve and was a little dissapointed by this Vintage. When I did my homework the Vintage got high marks and therefore I had high expectations.Decanted for 30 minutes and was a little hot to my palate.As the wine decanted it progressed into a fine bottle of wine.I read the bottle and was surprised at the 15.2 percent alcohol.A little bit underwhelmed but found it to be respectable.
The wine looks Purple colored. The legs are Medium.
