Drank with our traditional Valentine Dinner which was all Alaska King Crab. Worked perfectly. The wine was not quite as sweet as a riesling but held its own against the crab. We both thought it was delicious. Good match for the crab.

We decanted and aerated the wine and noticed a small amount of sediment. After breathing for about an hour, the wine was wonderful. Full bodied and rich. We served it with a beef roast and the wine was much better than the meat. The wine would not improved with more age.

Very good champagne. We tasted this champagne leading up to the New Year. Was very pleasant. If there was a flaw, it was that there weren’t as many small bubbles as other champagnes. But the taste was wonderful.

Very full bodied, complete, Cabernet. Now that it is 4 years old, the depth of the wine is beginning to show. Still slightly tanic, which seems to show that it will continue to develop. Very glad I bought 5 bottles.

We have always liked dark chocolate with Malbec or Cabernet. After reading Karen MacNeil’s The Wine Bible, we decided to try a port with chocolate. Kroger’s selection of port wine was not very big, but this was the best. Conclusion, Karen was absolutely correct. This port was terrific with chocolate. We inserted a wine cork in the bottle neck after openning it, and then used the Coravin to serve the wine. The fortified port should last a long time this way. The wine was very good, and an excellent first dip into the world of port.

Very good bold white wine. Strong flavors that remind of the strength of a good reisling. Not sweet like a reisling, but not dry either. Went very well with salmon. Clearly ready to be drunk. I was very glad that we didn’t celar it any longer.

Wonderful full bouquet. Taste was very good representing the full spectrum of red grapes. However it was still a little disapointing because it didn’t measure up to the wine spectator 90. It’s a 2016 but might improve with a little more age

This was a very pleasant fresh, crisp wine. No negatives. No sure of the grapes, because they are not listed on the bottle, but it seemed like it had the fruityness of reisling. We liked it very much and will definitely serve it again. Love the local nature of the name, and location which is just a few miles from our waterfront home.
