One of the Best Cabs I’ve had. Caesar Salad to start with this wine and it was nirvana. Smoky start with a velvety finish. Big wine, and only got better after being opened. Chicken Lasagna with spicy arbiata marinara was a great pairing. Spice notes with this wine are pepper, tobacco, burnt toast, and a slight hint of fennel. Amazing wine

So many raves about this wine at book club. BBQ was served and paired so well with the bold black cherry, dig and smoke notes. The finish is so satiny with a hint of pepper that is hard to explain

The 2nd bottle of 3 had a much stronger fruit forward taste. Also 2 glasses and you felt the alcohol content. Tough bottle to get open. Takes 10 minutes to get the top off.

One of the BEST Cabs I've ever tasted. Smooth and silky but that "wow" at first sip. Blueberry chocolate and plum with deep toast and tobacco notes. Made stuffed shells and Caesar salad and they just brought the flavors out more. Inky yet silky finish. Amazing

Served penne pasta with meat sauce with it. Great deep blackberry notes with some licorice tones that goes well with the pasta. Some pepper and red grape on the finish. Nice Cab

You can really taste the espresso and chocolate notes in this bold but delicious Cab. Worth every penny. I had to leave town with 1/2 bottle left and my daughter and friends finished it. They said, "This is what Cab tastes like? Sign us up!"

AO never disappoints, but this bottle felt a little light for a Cab. I love AO because it's such s big wine. This opening tasted a bit more like a blend with jammy notes and fig. Hopefully just an odd bottle

Brought to a Memorial Day party had with smoked brisket, chicken, and pork. Amazing wine. Full body Pinot. Party goers loved it. Very "Oregon" Pinot with the lighter red color, peppery, and cherry notes. Some tobacco on the ends. Great with BBQ's meats

I have missed this wine. A perfect Merlot, with every penny. Beautiful deep purple color with sheen. Hints of plum, toast, coffee and dark chocolate with understated black cherry and red grapes. I like that it's not too fruity. Smooth on the finish
