Start with a green apple scent. In my mouth, fresh acid with powerful body and salty at the end. After 2 hours, seem yo be oakey with strong salt at the end. Ready to enjoy now.

Start with a hint of lemon citrus. Lots of flowers. The taste as of open is a freasly acid. After one hour, there comes a vanilla, ripe fig, apricot. It taste sweet at start and turn to be acid and a little bitter at the end. It is complex with minerals. Round body. Really tasty indeed and powerful aftertaste. Can keep for a decade.

Great fruit with great cassis. Smell of black fruit. Firm tannin. Well balance with long aftertaste. I think that it is a good time to appreciate it, but can keep for a while.

start with smell of apricot flowers apple creamy vanilla. Freshly acid, with a creamy feeling. A bit bitter at the end. After 1 hour, the smell of oak is stronger with a caramel. The taste is more balance with a bit bitter in the end. Lovely to drink now and can be kept for decades.

Opened for 2 hours. The smell is green with hint of coffee. Alcohol is high when use vitis glass, but is not much with som burgandy. In the mouth, I feel tinge ring. Aftertaste is long. Well balanced. I believe that it is now a good time to appreciate it.
