So much medicinal cherry flavor. Very enjoyable with some age. Not enough depth to the fruit to recommend holding much longer. Would be pleased anytime to find this kind of rich, rounded flavor and balance in a wine at this price. Great value.

Lovely. Silky smooth tannins. Great balance of flavor and acidity. Classic Russian River flavors with a slight sour note that adds to the experience. Still primary but probably doesn't have the depth to age much longer. Might keep one bottle a few more years to see how it holds up.

In a great place right now. Could wait a bit longer, but not much reason to do so. Classic Pauillac flavor profile with the old world depth that always brings me back. Amazing QPR. Full fruit and delicate tannins. Perfect with grilled grass fed ribeye.

Still needs some air to open up, but not enough fruit for the acidity and tannins. Not very good, especially for Barolo. Can get a little nose of nebbiolo. Then it gets covered up by a very rough palate.

Classic Sauternes flavors but a little flat. Not showing any age yet, which I think will help it down the road. Plenty of fruit and acid to last, even from a 375.

Was a little disappointed in the bottle. Great flavors and no rough edges but it lacked depth. Needed more to stand up to the grilled leg of lamb. Will wait some on the others to see if more interesting flavors develop.

So fruity and pure. Best sake I've had. Buy more if you get the chance.

Very interesting. I would have pegged this as a Syrah if I didn't know it was Pinot. Meaty and peppery flavors. Very carnal but did not showcase the finer flavors Pinot can provide.

Amazing nose. Earthy and intoxicating. Unfortunately the palate was a little thin. Would have been fantastic if the taste has lived up to the smell. Still very good. My favorite in the blind tasting with some other excellent Pinot Noir.

Placed first in our blind tasting with some similar bottles from Oregon and California. Some funk at first with an hour decant but blew off by hour two. Strong red fruit. Should get better with time.

Still excellent. Stored in cellar since release. Nose of blackberries, raspberries, flowers and oak. Some leather and earth and sweet tarts. No tannins left. Some salinity. Smooth long finish. Wish it had more aged flavors, but no reason to hold longer.

Remarkably deep and complex. Sweet and salty, with great acidity to balance it out. Really impressive for the price.

Agree with the recent notes. This is in a great spot now. It has really improved over the last five years. Drink it if you've got it. Fruit, acidity and secondary flavors are in perfect balance. 40 minute decant. Perfect match for venison and porcini sauce.

This was special. Toasted brown sugar and caramel on the nose. Gorgeous tiny bubbles and beautiful pears and plums. No added sugar.

In a great place. Some age, but amazing ripe red and black fruit that coats the whole palate. Tannins are soft and complementary. Leather and sweet tobacco nose. Cassis and cherry fruit on the palate. Very sad that this is the last bottle.

Agree that this is in it's prime right now. No rough edges. Still plenty of sweet cherry fruit, but getting some leather and tobacco notes to compliment it. Light for a Barolo but very enjoyable.

Decanted two hours. Perfect with grilled ribeye. At peak now. Sweet fruit. Hardly any tannins. Some secondary flavors to give complexity, and perfect balance. Still deep purple. Lovely, gentle Cabernet flavor.

Wow. 45 min. decant. So much freshness combined with incredible depth. This is what aged nebbiolo is all about. Roses and cherries mixed with horse saddle and even some deeper barnyard funk in the best way possible. Tannins melt in your mouth and the finish goes on forever. What old wine should be.

A slight bit of Brett gives this cider the flavor of a good Belgian Saison but with wonderful apple fruit and just a bit of spice. Complex flavors and a good price would give this an edge in refreshment and enjoyment over many high-end beers.

Still deep reddish purple. So many secondary flavors, but not past its prime. Very strong cherry fruit. Impeccable balance. No resistance. It just melts in your mouth. Great with brined pork chops.

Had with grass fed ribeye. Fairly one-dimensional at this point. Fruit is fading a bit. Solid structure and well integrated, just not the same excitement. Really hoped this would age better. Maybe it will gain some complexity with more secondary characteristics, but it might be a little flat.

Fresh and fruity. Full bodied. Some nice notes of stem, but no tannins to speak of. Almost some Beaujolais notes. Blueberries and herbs. Good acid, but a French wine for all. Drink now while the fruit is front and center. Just too tasty.
