This is an awesome wine, complex slightly sweet, with a taste of apples and currents

This isnt the best wine I have ever had.... But then again what would expect for 8.99. But, it does have a nice mello flavor, a bit of strawberries and ? such a light flavor, not bad, just light. I really like it, especially at 8.99 it makes a very good everyday drinker. So girls, this is a good bitch!

Kinda of a bitter taste. Not what I was expecting. It reminded me of chewing on a green branch.

But when eaten with food it completely transforms... Much much better! I am changing my rating

I had to drink this because I now have more coming in. Its just as good as I remembered it. Nose I am getting chocolate and dark fruits. I popped and poured this one because I really liked the flavor on opening. As it opens in the glass I get a lot more fruit, so smooth and tasty

Sangria candidate for sure!!! Very tart but no real flavor, just twangy on open. More fruit is showing up as it opens up but its still one dimensional. Maybe it will be better later this eve. Not really counting on it though

I have to agree with kramsauer on this one. I popped and poured. I has a very nice earthy aroma. I think that I decanted last time and I dont remember anything special. I have actually been kinda scared to drink this again. I am glad that I did though, I am pleasently suprised. Very nice everyday drinker. To think, I was just going to use it for Sangria, ha!

Great Nose, almost hard to put your finger on. I am leaning towards peaches and smoke. Taste very complex for a white. I love the citrus, nice acidity level. My fav white besides champagne.

I like this wine a lot. Nice lemony tropical flavor, a bit buttery and nice finish. I prefer this wine alone, it got hot with food

The pork steaks are on the Barbie, actually it’s a smoker I wont be able to give it a full smoke tonight but it should be a good match for this wine.

Color: Beautiful deep Garnet if you hold it over a light it refracts just like the gemstone all while still turning my teeth purple.

I love the nose on this wine, it keeps changing as it opens up. It started with blackberries, pepper and a little flower smell. I cant quite place it so, flowers. Now I get more perfume, kind of musky and fruity at the same time.

This wine is so good, I think I will gift myself a couple more. It starts out really good and just gets better.

I get plums and a bit of acidity and the tannins aren’t the knock you on your ass stuff. It’s a smooth mouthfeel with just the right finish. Kinda like holding OJ in your mouth but better. Acidity, fruit, and a slight bitterness yet, very smooth. You know the flavor that’s left after you eat the Amano chocolate? This is kinda like that. This is a very drinkable wine with or without food.

I gave a glass to my son but, unfortunately he has a very bad head cold and cant enjoy this wine like it needs to be. Poor thing all he gets is the finish, which is very nice but he’s missing the rest.

If you like a big fruit forward wine then you will Love this.

2006 Sonoma Chardonnay

This wine has a Very light fruity smell.
First sip is Oranges, a little heat, something smooth and silky the buttery maybe? And berries? as it settles. This is a very delicious and easy drinking wine. Its not sweet but very light and crisp I wanna say kind of like sweettarts.

Food is here, I am having Szechuan Chicken w/sticky white rice and Crab Rangoons. The flavor is still pretty much the same (very good) but it has somehow gotten even smoother. Maybe all of the oils in my mouth from the Chinese. The flavors play very well together.

I am done eating now and with the (I still wanna say oils) in my mouth I can now taste pears and a little orange. Very Nice
