Paired with Freshly dug clams and linguini. Delicious pairing. Perfect acidity and mouthwatering aftertaste which complimented saltiness and herb flavor of thyme, lemon and parsley and red pepper.

Paired with pan seared fresh long fin tuna in soy ginger, lemon, garlic, soy, sesame sauce.
Nice acidity. Crisp flavor
Little apricot, grapefruit. Clean and after mouth watering cleanse. Combined flavors complimented.

Cherry, bright and quite smooth. Well balanced Pinot. Had with grilled shrimp and artichoke and sweet potato gnocchi. Wine was perfect compliment. I allowed to age perhaps a little too long as acidity was reduced. Still a Succulent mouth watering wine. This is a wine you can drink young and acidity in 2016’s.. Sojourn Rodgers creek is delicious as well.
