A very good Aussie wine. A bit too much for me.

The nose was explosive. Very floral. Expressive minerality and smooth as silk. Had it at Xavier's on the Hudson

As far as value goes in Burgundy, this is it. Fablous citrius, Lemon peel, apple and flower. Great acidity. Wish I had more.

Now this is a funky wine. When opened it had a strong Bacon, Canned tuna and Meaty smell and taste. After about 3 hours in the decanter the fruit started to shine through. It still had the funk, but it was well integrated with the fablous fruit this wine had. Good value for a burg.

I would say that I missed the peak of this wine, but overall a decent wine. Loads of green apple jolly rancher with some citrus and white flower. Golden in color.

This was a near perfect Aussie Bomb. HUGE fruit attack on the nose as well as mint. Cream, Vanilla. Velvet smooth. Needs about 2 hours in the decanter. Ridiculous mouth feel, great mouth feel. Great loong finish. A bit too much sweetness was the only flaw on this.

Good wine, but not worth the money in my opinion. Cola, spice, black fruit. Good Tannins.

Not what I expected. Very one dimensional. Nice dried raisin, plum, dark fruit. With time this could get better.

Lots of nice fruit. Strawberries, and minerals on the nose. Sour Cherries, crushed fruit. This wine has loads of potential. It could use another 3 years of cellaring.

Very light. Nice nose, Cherries. Decent finnish. With age this could gain some points. Worth a try.
