两次都醒酒2-3小时。开始气味尚不明显，但是口中突出的甜味，略酸，还有些微涩度。最后气味上也接近口中滋味。类似，陈年的neb，滋味充足。
最后一次，醒酒2-3小时，突出的老酒的甜，滋味十足。单独喝，酸味有点突出，吃东西就不觉得。
只要40，不亚于100的neb，两三百的burg。

March 3, 2012 - After 2hr open bottle decant. Blueberry compote with raspberry brightness. Something toasty, something cedar, something herbal, and something ready to drink now. Warm to easy to a pinch of alcohol on the finish. Was hoping for more, having waited patiently for a few years, but I guess I was just being a prick. This is ok stuff.
