Classic Brunello. Decanted 1 hour and then consumed over the next hour. This is smooth as silk right now.

Nice dark color. Slight funk that blew off after about 15 minutes. Wine really evolved over about 1 hour and was really well balanced. The combo of the Petite Sirah and the Sangiovese gave it a nice mouthfeel and acidic balance that I really liked.
